What is ILI?
The International Tenders Initiation Program (ILI, in spanish) is the first state Program helping SMEs in the preparation of tender offers. .
The Program ILI is organized y and directed by the High Council of Chambers, with the help from Chambers of Commerce, and financial supported by the UE funds for the regions Convergence, Phasingin and Phasingout.
What is ILI´s main goal?
It aims to provide SMEs with the qualification and experience needed in the procedures, circuite and mechanism of international tenders. Goals:
- To contribute to the introduction or consolidation of the exporting activities by International Tenders.
- To contribute to the completion and allocation of contracts for SMEs.
- To promote the dragging effect (alliances and subcontracting) of enterprises in this environment.
Who are the program´s addressees?
The program, essentially practical, is directed to small and medium enterprises, SMEs in general, with exporting potential, some of which are already competing with the various Spanish administrations, in the local, regional or national level. These enterprises´offer is thought to be competitive enough to take part in the tendering processes.
What is it about?
The Program is based on specialised technical advice and collaboration of personal instructors in every enterprise, so as to be able successfully compete in that specialised market. The Program´s action have been oriented to specific demands from SMEs, through the development of mixed-natured initiation activities ans specialised advice in International Tenders activities.
ILI program completes the existing traditional programs and instruments, due to the international tenders market´s singularity, its procedures and guidelines.
